At the beginning of our company was found, we give the orientation of the quality as “high precision, many variety”. And we perform the comprehensive quality management from Japan. Along with the increase of the foreign trade, and the unceasing advance of the requirement from the customer, the quality managing level of our company is keeping improving. We pass through the quality system certification ISO9001:2000 in 2003. And at the end of 2006 we renewed this quality system certification.
The process flow of our company is as follows:
Common process flow:
Inspection of the raw material → change and debug of the roller →inspection of the first product →formal manufacture→ middle inspection → packing and consignment
Special process flow:
Inspection of the raw material → change and debug of the roller →inspection of the first product →formal manufacture→ middle inspection → inspection of property→ special process treatment → inspection of property → the follow-up treatment→packing and consignment
