Introduction

Shenyang Dongyang Special Section Tube Co., Ltd, founded in 1991 is a cold-forming section tube manufacturer. In 1990s we introduced two roll-forming producing lines from Japan and since then we became one of the first companies in mainland China to produce high precision special section tubes with the deformation method of roll-forming.With many years’ producing practice, research and development, depending on the qualified and talent working team, we design and manufacture more than 2,000 sets of moulds for special section tube and adaptive deformation machines which are adjusted to the characteristics of the domestic material. We can produce welded and seamless structural special section with the compound sections, square, rectangle, ellipse, semicircle, arch, sector, triangle, hexagon and octagon, etc. The material consists of carbon steel, stainless steel ,Ti alloy. Our products comply with various standards such as GB, JIS, DIN, EN, ASTM, etc. The outside dimension of our product varies from 20 by 20mm to 500 by 500mm.

We also have advantages in the special section deformation technology of high precision and compound profile, the property of tensile strength, elongation， impact at low temperature, and further manufacturing of polishing, precise cutting, punching, bending etc. Insisting on the implement of ISO9000,and the guideline of Quality Oriented, we are trying to improve the product quality unceasingly. Our material property lab can guarantee the special requirements of the material property for our customers’ need. 1995	The annual sales amount reached 2,000 tons
June, 1998	2# rolling mill made by ourselves went into operation, could produce the special section tube with 8mm wall thickness
July, 1999	3# cold rolling (squeezing) line was invested, which could produce the special section tube with 12mm wall thickness. And the new plant of Northeastern University campus started trial-working
2000年	The sales amount breakthrough 6,000 tons
2002年	Recognized as the high-tech and new-tech enterprise by Liaoning province
2003年	Pass through ISO9001 certification; the sales amount breakthrough 10000 tons.
2004年	The warehouse of the finished product and office building was newly-built, the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) of purchasing, selling, and storage was carried out. The annual sales amount achieved 15,000 tons
2006年	The gross profit of whole selling breakthrough RMB 20 million.The work of foreign trade also got evolved dramatically, the sales amount of export breakthrough RMB 40 millions.
